If you call or email me, I use the details you provide to respond. This site’s contact links open your phone or email app. Clicking one does not send a message, and the analytics described below does not record what you say.

Understanding website activity

Internet Crafters helps me understand which public pages people use and whether the site is working. Reporting can include page paths, timestamps, a temporary identifier stored for the browser tab, selected campaign tags, link actions and structural browser errors. Phone and email clicks mean an action was started—not that a call connected or an email was sent. Contact totals count actions, not distinct people.

The collector does not receive form answers, the phone numbers or email addresses from links, arbitrary URL query strings, or full browser error messages. There is no contact form here, so a page view or contact-link click is not counted as a completed form. Admin/CMS pages and unknown paths are excluded.

Search and AI crawler reporting records public-page visits, timing, request metadata and a hashed network address for operational controls. Raw IP addresses are not shown in the portal. Crawler labels come from claimed user-agent signatures, not verified identities.

Your browser’s privacy settings

When your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the Internet Crafters collector uses reduced, anonymous-mode reporting: minute-rounded page views and generic actions, without a session identifier, campaign attribution, contact-action details or browser-error reporting. That reduces what this collector receives; it does not mean the hosting provider sees no network request.

Retention and other services

Raw portal events are retained for 90 days. Historical totals and grouped error records can last longer. Only authorized people managing the site can access its reporting. Error alerts stay in the management portal; they do not automatically send email or create tickets.

Netlify hosts this site, and fortrabbit hosts the Internet Crafters portal. Hosting providers keep separate operational logs. Existing Google tag-manager code and third-party services linked or loaded by other pages are separate from this collector; its reduced reporting mode does not control those services.
